Manager Industrial Engineering Mixing (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Mixing, extrusion and finishing scrap & waste reduction
• Compounding quality assurance
• Mixing/ compounding equipment and tooling standardisation
• Worldwide development of self-sufficient mixing/ Compounding engineering Plant teams
• Coordination of Plant-to-Plant cost optimisation projects in area of mixing/ compounding
• Plant coordination for Group standard, synergy and best practice exchange
• Worldwide mixing/ Compounding best practices development/sharing/implementation
• Mixing/ Compounding capacity and capex management for company profit improvement (priorities, and cashflow management)
• Task forces management as part of extrusion, finishing and mixing/ compounding risk management

Your qualification:

• Degree in Engineering or comparable other degrees in foreign countries
• At least 8-10 years of work experience in Mixing process engineering positions of an international group, etc.
• Good knowledge of process design and/or improvement
• Good English Skills
• Advanced MS Office knowledge
• Project Management skills
• Travel willingness (20-30%)
