Quality Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Ensuring the quality of the products in the company
• Monitoring the compliance with the quality management system
• Responsible for internal and external complaint management internal/external
• Error analysis and definition of measures for error prevention
• Process control with regard to quality objectives
• Responsible for audits on a regular basis (internal/external)
• Implementation of improvement plans
• Monitoring the processing of customer platforms
• Statistical analyses and evaluations
• Contact person for customers (internal/external)

Your qualifications:

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or comparable professional qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the quality department of an international automotive company
• Knowledge of quality tools and standards (such as IATF 16949, FMEA, SPS, MSA, G8D, APQP, VDA 2, VDA 6.3 module C, VDA 6.5)
• Basic knowledge of the technologies in rubber production
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office
• Fluent English, Turkish skills will be an asset, German will be an asset
• Hands-on mentality, initiative, assertiveness, team-oriented approach, analytical thinking skills
